Shipping Policy and Terms of Sale

Please read the following carefully and let us know if you have any questions before placing your order. By placing an order you have agreed to the terms and conditions below.

General Shipping & Delivery Details.
Most orders are are processed next day and shipping takes 3-6 business throughout continental USA.

All online orders are confirmed by an autogenerated email. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours please contact us and let us know.

Generally, products that fit in a large envelope or small box (except liquids) are shipped with US Mail in the U.S. (If preferred, another form of shipping can be requested.) Larger boxes and liquids are shipped UPS ground.

Please note minimum shipping: The minimum shipping and handling for ALL Quantum and Premier products in Continental US is $8.95. They are usually shipped via UPS Ground or Priority Mail service. Where Quantum/Premier products qualify for our Shipping Promotion (see below) no shipping will be charged.

Minimum shipping and handling for other products is $9.95.

Normal shipping charges apply to ship outside the Continental USA.

An extra shipping fee may be charged on certain heavier products over 13oz which do not qualify for the FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION. These include Aloe Drink, Medi Body Bath and Medi-Soak.
Even if the order is over $50.00 there will be a shipping charge of $1.00-$3.00 per item on some products.
These include: Aloe Arborescens and Non-supplemental products such as Food Products (Coconut Oil, Honey, Fruit Juices, Tomato Conc, etc.), Skin Care and Hair Care products and 8 fl oz bottles priced less than $15.00
An extra charge of $3-$6 may be applied for shipping to Rural Areas.

REFUND POLICY

Local or International Packages Returned
Any package returned undeliverable or refused. The product cost on the invoice will be refunded less processing charges but NOT shipping costs unless we made an error with the address of the package. Any extra delivery charges due to customer error will be deducted from the refund as well as other charges according to our Refund Policy on Returned Products. Any INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT that has the correct delivery address but not delivered and returned for any reason will have the shipping cost and any extra return delivery costs deducted from the total refund. Other charges as per our refund policy apply.

Any nutrition products returned for refund must be unopened in its original container with the safety seal intact. Other products must be returned in a saleable condition. A 10% restocking fee may be applied.

Refund - Other Than Nutrition Products
Products must be returned unopened within 30 days to qualify for a refund unless another return agreement is stated on the web site for that particular product. Shipping costs are not refunded and may be deducted from returns originally shipped FREE or at a reduced rate. Products must be return in a saleable condition to qualify for a refund. No refund will be given for products returned in a damaged or hurt condition. Products that contain a cartridge that are used the cost of replacing the cartridge may be applied to the refund. Credit card processing fees of 3% will be deducted from your refund. Call 604 264-8420 or email info@phpure.com for a Return Authorization Number before returning any product.

Refund Policy (Quantum/Premier Products)
All Quantum Nutrition Products must be returned unopened postmarked within 30 days of the original postmark of the order to qualify for a refund. A 10% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping costs are not refunded and may be deducted from returns originally shipped free or at a reduced rate. Credit card processing fees of 3% will be deducted from your refund. CANADIAN CUSTOMERS
Minimum shipping for all Canadian orders shipped from Vancouver is CAD $11.00 within British Columbia and $14.00 outside of BC. Products shipped from our US warehouse to Canada minimum shipping is USD $27.00 and further fees are charged in Canada for Brokerage and Taxes.

The Natura/Rgarden Gravity Water Filter and Vitalizer Plus are charged in USD according to the price USD price shown on the website for Canadian Customers. This price is the TOTAL PRICE shipped to your door and no further charges apply. We pay the GST and Brokerage upfront for you so those charges are included in the price to Canadian Customers.

We have Shipping Depots in Michigan, USA and in Vancouver, Canada.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We can ship our products virtually anywhere worldwide.
There is a purchase minimum of USD $45.00 for all International Orders ie. outside Canada and the USA. Minimum SHIPPING cost for international orders is US $36.00 Priority or Express Mail Insured.
